A construction and Maintenance Company operating in power, oil and gas industry is seeking candidates for following positions :
Human Resources Manager :
- An accredited college degree (BA) in management with focus on human Resources
- A professional diploma and broad training in HR management
- Proven Knowledge in HR system, Procedure and career development
- Proficient Knowledge of the new Kuwait labor law (private sector)
- Proven experience in Foreign/local manpower recruitment and mobilization procedure
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in a similar position (preferably in the construction and Maintenance or related industry)
