HEAD OF LEGAL

Bachelor degree in law with total experience of 15 years, including 5 years in corporate Law, Commercial, financial and banking law. The jobs profile
requires effective and efficient management of legal department with corporate day to day operations, regulatory compliance with statutory obligations, litigation management with a strong commercial and financial approach. Develop and maintain professional relationship with key external entities such as central bank and law firm. The candidate should be fluent in arabic and preferably in english
