Job opportunity in Islamic banking

  1. Manager - Training Division
To lead the training division of the HR Dept, Design, Develop and implement sound HR& training strategies to support the successful implementation of the bank's business strategy, implements HR & Training policies and practice to attract, develop & retain of quality employees and to promote & maintain a progressive & professional learning climate throughout the bank.
The candidate shall have a BSC, MBA holders are preferable he/she shall at least has 10 years experience HR function in bank with at least 6 years in a senior training role.



2. CBK Reporting - Accountant / senior Accountant
Main Responsibilities include prepare, review and submit periodical central bank of kuwait reports on timely basis. Knowledge of CBK regulations is must, Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting with at least 5 years, Fluency in Arabic and English is must.

3. Senor Accountant/ Chief Accountant
Main responsibilities include participating in day to day functions of accounting division including daily GL control, financial statements, account payable, reconciliations, etc. Candidates shall have post graduate  degree in accounting or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of first hand working experience in similar role within banking, Fluency in Arabic and English is must.

4. Management Accountants
To participate in generation of daily, weekly, periodical MIS reports to top management and participate budgeting in process. Candidate must have prior knowledge of the MIS and Budgeting function within banking. Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting from reputable university, Fluency in Arabic and English is must.,

5. Asst. Manager - compliance Unit
Main responsible include planning and executing complience monitoring programs, analyze and interpret local regulations, consult, draft and assist in the implementation of new procedures in response  to or anticipation of relevant role change and new regulation of Central bank of Kuwait.

6. Senor Compliance
Duties and responsible including CBK instruction and circular to concerned department, follow up with concerned departments to implement the instructions ob the CBK.

7. Officer - IT Security
Duty and responsibilities include among other duties configuring and managing the IT security architecture for various applications and computing platforms, to ensure adequately secured and reliable systems, provide support to business users and systems staff in  troubleshooting security problem/ issues to maintain continuity of operations and monitor compliance to policies standards and procedure
the candidate shall at have university degree with CISSP with experience of 5 -7 years in IT and IT security.
